It is a little a history:

The hotel "Octyabrskaya" was constructed in 1976 under the individual project as a hostel of the Kraicom of Communistic Party of Soviet Union for the party and Soviet workers, due to this, the hotel from the very beginning of the existence was obliged to support the appropriate degree of quality of service. In 1991 the building from the party communistic property has passed in conducting of the State communistic property and in 1994 it became legally independent joint-stock company "The Hotel Octyabrskaya".
The year of the last reconstruction is 2004.
